Kelly and I have been training for four years - in that time I've seen not only a 15kg loss in weight but an improvement in muscle. But of course, exercise alone doesn't make the difference - with Kel's nutritional guidance and motivation I've learnt better eating habits that I can apply to help the maintenance of what I've achieved. More recently we've started incorporating pilates and mindful movement to my training routine which, in addition to strengthening my back has brought balance - a certain appreciation of not only posture and positioning but mental balance. I might have been someone skeptical four years ago when we got assigned to each other but I now see Kelly as more of a motivational coach in all aspects of life than as "just a personal trainer"
