A beautiful self-healing tool that may be drawn upon before yoga or meditation practice or during times when you need support in grounding and anchoring out of a frazzle and back into the moment
Stress Support: The native plants in this blend will support anyone feeling the pressure of exams or any deadline for that matter. High stress depletes our energy, so allow nature to come to you in a bottle and provide a sense of peace in any environment of intensity, worry, noise and even people who cause you a little agitation.
