My journey as a coach began in movement - personal training, bootcamps and group fitness and eventually I discovered Art of Motion. I began studying Contemporary Pilates + Myofascial Movement which opened my eyes to a different method, a different approach - a H O L I S T I C approach, which looks at our being as whole. This method takes into consideration the way we move, our environment, our behaviours, our choices and our experiences, all contributing to our present health + happiness, and the health of our relationships.
My passion for wellness and my many years in the travel industry helped in the creation of many retreats and I continue to run these in Perth.
Since 2016 I have been studying Holistic Counselling and Mind-Body Medicine at Life Acadamy and will soon be incorporating these sessions into my offering.
