My journey as a coach began in movement - personal training, bootcamps and group fitness and eventually after my own personal awakening, I set out to find a school that would add new depth to my own practice as well as my offering for clients.
I discovered Art of Motion and began studying Contemporary Pilates + Myofascial Movement which opened my eyes to a completely different method and approach - a H O L I S T I C approach, which looks at our being as whole. This method takes into consideration the way we move, our environment, our behaviours, our choices and our experiences, all contributing to our present health + happiness, and the health of our relationships.
My passion for wellness and my many years in the travel industry led me towards the creation of many retreats and I continue to facilitate these in Perth and nationally.
As a promise to myself and my ongoing growth, I continued to gather knowledge and study Holistic Counselling + Mindbody medicine over the past couple of years and now include these in my offering. We are complex beings and there is so much we couldn't possibly comprehend with our minds or express fully with words, and that...is where incredible nature, plant medicine, mind body medicine works so subtly, yet so so effectively and I can't wait to share that with you.
